Rooftop Power LLC is committed to complying with all FCC guidelines concerning the use of artificial or prerecorded voice calls. Please review the following key points regarding our practices:

  1. Consent Requirement
We do not initiate calls using artificial or prerecorded voices without your prior express written consent, unless for emergency purposes or where permitted by law. By submitting a form or inquiry through Rooftop Power LLC or our authorized partners, you give express written consent to receive such calls related to the services, products, or information you’ve requested.

During or following the message, we will provide a phone number—distinct from the autodialer or message player—that you may use to contact us during normal business hours.

  4. Opt-Out Mechanism
For telemarketing calls, we include an automated opt-out option—via voice command or key press—that remains available for the duration of the call.

  5. Calling Hours
We will not make telemarketing calls before 8:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. local time in your area.

  6. Do-Not-Call List
We maintain and respect an internal Do-Not-Call list. Upon your request, we will add your number to this list and refrain from contacting you for a minimum of five years.

  7. Call Frequency Limits
For non-telemarketing prerecorded calls to residential lines, we limit such calls to no more than three within any 30-day period and always honor opt-out requests.

  8. Healthcare-Related Calls
When delivering health care-related messages—on behalf of a HIPAA-covered entity or its business associate—we limit such calls to one per day and no more than three calls per week per patient.

If you have questions about these practices or would like to opt out of receiving artificial or prerecorded calls, please reach out using the contact details in the section titled “How Can You Contact Us About This Notice?”
