Every Rooftop Power installation is backed by our workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer warranties that come with your equipment. Your signed installation agreement contains the complete, binding terms for your project. This page explains how the coverage fits together.
What Our Workmanship Warranty Covers
Our workmanship warranty covers the installation itself: mounting and racking, roof penetrations and flashing, and the electrical work our crews performed. If an issue traces back to how the system was installed, Rooftop Power repairs it.
Equipment faults are handled under the panel, inverter or battery manufacturer’s warranty. You do not need to sort out which is which: call us, we diagnose the issue and manage the manufacturer claim for you.
Where Your Exact Terms Live
The binding warranty terms for your project, including durations and any project-specific coverage, are in the installation agreement you signed and the warranty documentation we hand over at activation.
